Melisse Djombe Enyawe, a senior at Corona del Mar High in California, won a White Division girls varsity race in 18:03.9 at the 42nd Woodbridge Cross Country Classic presented by ASICS America at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, Calif. She and freshman teammate Emilie Steinman took the top two spots for Corona del Mar. The course measured closer to a 5-kilometer distance than the reported 3-mile layout.
